RAD-140 (also known as Testolone) is among the most potent SARMs. It is associated with serious muscle gains, often being compared to testosterone in terms of potency (but with lower potential for side effects due to its selective impact on androgen receptors).
At CORE SARMS, we offer you third-party tested, pharmaceutical-grade RAD-140 with over 99% purity confirmed in a certificate. With 10 mg of Testolone in each capsule, you know that you get exactly what you expect, without unwanted add-ons or contamination.
This compound works selectively – it binds to androgen receptors specifically in muscle and bone tissues. Unlike steroids, it is less likely to interact with other organs.
Due to its strong affinity for androgen receptors, RAD-140 Testolone has been investigated in relation to anabolic signalling pathways, lean muscle development, and bone-related processes. The compound is orally active and has been reported to have an estimated half-life of around 15–20 hours.
When can you see the practical effects? Typically, Testolone users claim to see considerable muscle growth by 2-3 weeks in the cycle. When it comes to the strength boost, it is associated with the early stages of the cycle, with users claiming to observe it even within the first week.
Beyond muscle and bone, RAD-140 has attracted research interest due to its potential neuroprotective effects.
A 2014 study published in Endocrinology found that RAD-140 was as effective as testosterone in reducing hippocampal neuronal death induced by apoptotic insults in vitro and demonstrated neuroprotective effects in vivo in a rat excitotoxicity model. [2] The authors described the findings as relevant to Alzheimer’s disease research. Human data are not yet available for this application.
WADA prohibits RAD-140 under the category of anabolic agents. Sold by CORE SARMS strictly for research purposes. All batches are third-party tested and supplied with a certificate of analysis.

The CORE SARMS Handbook walks through dosing, cycle length, and stacking logic for every compound on this page.
Read the CORE SARMs Handbook →RAD-140, known as Testolone, is a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM). This is a type of compound that binds to androgen receptors specifically in bone and muscle tissue, with a much lower chance of binding to other organs (unlike steroids). Testolone specifically is a SARM associated with muscle growth and strength gains.
Testolone mimics Testosterone – it binds to androgen receptors in bone and muscle tissues. This way, it may improve strength and general muscle growth. At the same time, it may have several side effects, including testosterone suppression, mild fatigue, and mood changes.
RAD-140 may stay active for 24 to 36 hours, with a half-life of around 15-20 hours.
Typically, RAD-140 is taken either before bed or in the morning.
There is no clinical research to confirm that. However, some pre-clinical studies show promising results, suggesting that RAD-140 may possess neuroprotective properties.
RAD-140 does not convert into estrogen through the aromatase pathway, which means it does not directly contribute to estrogen-related effects such as gynecomastia.
